Camp aftermath

Am still sore, but had a -really- good sleep. ^^ Very satisfying, though dreamt alot...which is strange. >.> Don't ask me what i dreamt -about-...but it was sure weird! ^^ Anyway, had a Classics exam prep session today. Rather interesting lectures, though the one on Oedipus Rex was a bit dull. Good thing that's my best topic >.> Besides that...i haven't done much today. Have cooked most of the evening.

Camp

Was good for a school camp. ^^ The skiing was -really- fun (even though it was cross country). Glad I had it on the first day rather then the second though, that was was free to put all my energy into it. Had group work today though >.< Hate group work when not with my friends, expecially in a group that just won't -listen- to each other. Stupid people. Anyway, yes, was good besides that. Will sleep well tonight.

Dammit.

Wrote a decent length post just to have blogger screw it up. Damn it. Should set it on fire. >.<

Have an essay for english due on Wednesday. Have not started, so must do it tomorrow along with having maths tute and packing for camp. Hmm, camp. Some people say its good, some say its crap, and i say I'm just going to make up my own mind once i've lived through it. *nods*

A book i ordered from the libary finally came today. "My life with the serial killers". Deffinately not bedtime reading for me. *shakes head* Damned over active imagination. >.< But it's good, very good.

Oh, Ami. The compition is non-ficition. That -is- the made up one...right? I always get them mixed up...

Have been told (by mum) about a short story comp. in 'the age'. Short story meaning 3000 words aprox. Prize for winning? $3000 and your piece published. Count me in.

*sings* California dreaming, on such a winters daaaaaaaayyyy

*sighs* End of another weekend. Dang and blast. Would really like another day at home >.< Have a sac tomorrow, Classics, on a book we haven't even finished in class. Should be reading and working on it. Can't be bothered so screw it. Also have swim trials on monday. Have not swum since summer, do not plan to swim tomorrow. Frankly, i can't be bothered. Have been in swim sports every year since year 7, usually doing my races plus another three, and think i deserve a year off. So they can go to hell.

Band Practise yesterday. Was good, did alot of practising and Jenjen was there. Jay was a smelly moose and didn't come. V.V Della stayed over night and we watched 5 eps of Full Metal Alchimist and played "Hero's of Might and Magic II". Hooray for really old, really addictive games. ^^ Am now very tired. *sigh*
